Bruce was one of Impel’s first employees, and he has played an instrumental role in building the company’s culture and success. As Vice President of Sales, Bruce has made lasting contributions to the company, helping build the foundation for long-term business growth, organizational expansion, and meaningful customer relationships. But what makes Bruce special is his impact not just on the business, but on our culture and our people in areas both big and small. He constantly inspires all of us to embrace our values, increase our collaboration, foster strong relationships, and relentlessly pursue outstanding results. He makes a big impact across the organization – yet he also takes personal and company pride in even the smallest details. As one team member shared, “Bruce loves this company and does whatever is needed to make sure we’re successful – whether that’s cleaning the kitchen, watering plants, offering inspirational stories, or making sure everyone is recognized for the great things they do.”
There is no question that Bruce’s dedication and willingness to support our people have earned him the respect and admiration of the entire team. And, with his retirement coming up in March, there is no better send-off than winning this award which succinctly expresses how Bruce embodies Impel heart and soul.
