We were thrilled to return to Digital Dealer in Tampa last week. There is nothing better than connecting with dealers in person to hear about their challenges and successes. And with our bar open all day, every day, you can be sure we had quite a few dealers stop by!
Over 2 ½ packed days, we joined inspiring speaker sessions, stopped by the Digital Dealer Party at American Social, and enjoyed the beautiful Tampa weather. In between these exciting moments, we had hundreds of conversations with dealers eager to bring enhanced digital engagement to their dealerships.
Impel’s own Devin Daly rounded out the speaking sessions with a jam-packed presentation on conversational AI. Devin dug into the omnichannel landscape, the impact digital engagement has on key dealership metrics, and how dealers can leverage AI-powered technology to seamlessly integrate digital engagement into the customer lifecycle.
