This month we’re introducing you to Beka Nadirashvili, Client Support Team Lead of Impel’s AI Products and a recent winner of our peer-nominated Impel Storm Chaser Award.
What is your role at Impel?
I am a Client Support Team Lead of AI products at Impel based in Tbilisi, Georgia. My day-to-day work consists of reviewing and updating the support cases for dealerships, as well as implementing a logic behind the conversational AI.
Which Impel core value resonates with you the most?
The most important value for me is results, and subsequently, personal accountability. As a client support specialist, I aim for the best feedback from the dealerships, which represents the result of our efforts. Since this data is the best indicator of how well my team performs, I consider it to be the best value that resonates with me.
What is unique about working for Impel compared to other places you’ve worked?
I find Impel fascinating because of the integrity of the people who work tirelessly as a whole to create and keep the values of what the company stands for.
What about your role at Impel has inspired you the most?
One aspect of my role at Impel that inspires me is collaborating with members of other teams. That shows me how everything that each and every person does is connected. It’s inspiring to see how everything comes together to create the success of the company that I am part of.
Tell us how you spend your free time.
I spend my free time playing basketball or board games with my friends. I also enjoy playing video games and watching movies with my girlfriend!
If there was one thing you could go back and tell your 13-year-old self, what would it be?
Just keep doing whatever you do, you are going to be fine!
