Last week we attended the 2022 Kain Clients and Friends Workshop in Lexington, Kentucky. The 2020 event was virtual, so we felt fortunate to be in-person with David Kain and thought-leaders from across the industry.
This workshop is like no other event in automotive: it’s about truly learning, not selling. Everyone in attendance brought a hunger for knowledge, palpable energy, and an open mind. The three-day event included keynotes, breakout sessions, vendor showcases, and even some whiskey tasting! We saw some common themes across the sessions: the automotive consumer journey, the importance of the digital showroom, and next-generation automotive technology. It was incredible to see how Impel’s digital engagement solutions were directly relevant to each of those themes.
Impel’s own VP of Enterprise Sales, Arthur Dessein, led a breakout session that reviewed the history of AI and the recent breakthrough innovations in the field. Art then revealed the characteristics of next-generation conversational AI and why automotive retail is primed for an omnichannel AI-powered customer experience. One of the things we love most about events like this is that they feel like friends getting together to have enthusiastic discussions about topics they’re passionate about. Workshop meeting rooms feel like home and enable more intimate conversation.
We wanted to give a massive thank you to David Kain and Kain Automotive for an incredible week in Lexington. We thoroughly enjoyed the sessions, the networking opportunities, and local experiences at the distillery and racetracks. We’re looking forward to 2023!
